The Body-Mass Index (BMI) provides new way to see how tall you should be.

BMI = Pounds weight x 703
      Inches height squared


    or BMI = Kg/Meters squared

The easy part is classification:
 

BMI   Group
<19     Underweight
20-24   Normal
25-29   Overweight
30+     Obese


Now put the algebra to it: How tall should you be for, say, a "perfect" BMI of 22? Find your approximate weight below and the height you need to be for the "perfect" body-mass index.
