From the Web Page to the Essay Contest, we've got lots to talk about! Websters can talk to Sean, since our other three live an average of 5000+ miles from Tyler. OK, Terry lives in Paris, Texas. But Bill lives in Merit (75458). And Glenn lives in the Fiji Islands. You can talk to Sean in Tyler and e-mail the other three. Our group needed something like this to bring us together!
Directions: Travel around Tyler's Loop 323 to the SE side to Highway 110, the Troup Highway (just west of the two UT Tyler exits). Bennigan's is about a block north of the Loop, on the east side of 110. (See MAP in last month's mailout)

April 15 - IRS Party - in ETX, Arkansas
Don't bet against it. East Texas is in Arkansas! Our border was renegotiated with Arkansas Mensa and National to include Texarkana, Arkansas. Stranger things get done regularly around this time of year. Repeat: This is not an April Fool Joke! Call it a merger or an aquisition.
We'll be gathering at Bennigan's Restaurant just off the I-30 Ark Exit #1 at 6:30 pm. Amy says all are welcome at the monthly Texarkana "Poetry Slam" after supper. "It starts at 8:00. My friend and I were judges Feb. 19. There were several poets from Dallas and Hot Springs. It was quite interesting. It is held the third Saturday of each month, downtown (a 10- or 15-minute drive from Bennigan's)." (See MAP in last month's mailout)
